Rooftop Waterproofing

Damage – Cracking in slab & blistering of the previous coating.

Problems it caused – Water ingress to units below.

Work done – Removed existing coating by mechanical grinding back to a clean substrate, rectified all cracks identified and applied a new 4 coat waterproofing system.

Timeframe – 2 weeks.
