Concrete Repair & New Balustrading Installed

Damage – Concrete spalling to various locations around the balcony slabs.

Problems it caused – Potential risk of concrete falling on tenanted balconies.

Work done – Removed all loose and drummy concrete before forming slab edges and pouring with new micro-concrete. Removal and replacement of new balustrading completed by Key Building Group.

Timeframe – 5 weeks.
