Cavity Flashing Replacement and Installation of hob and associated waterproofing
Damage – Failed cavity flashing.
Problems it caused – Water ingress into the kitchen floor area and cabinetry.
Work done – Removed bottom 2 brick courses, formed and poured 100mm high hob & installed new cavity flashing & undertook waterproofing.
Timeframe – 2 weeks.
